3. Agreement & kickoff: PO/contract + deposit to reserve the schedule; project workspace opened.
4. Production: storyboard → line art → color/tones → lettering, with review rounds as scoped.
5. Delivery: print-ready and web assets; optional localization; source files when contracted; usage license.

Typical short strip timeline: 10 – 20 business days after kickoff (brief approved & agreement in place). Larger projects are delivered in phases.
